Scaling Options:

Intermediate: 80 Burpees

Beginners: 55 Burpees

*Intermediates: 8-10 Burpees every minute until you finish.

Beginners: 6-8 Burpees every minute until you finish.

If the EMOM style helps you get the job done try and hit the Rx number of burpees in EMOM style.
