We all have been doing great all this while with the burpee challenge. It's been 5 days continuously. Now that the burpees have reduced considerably, it's time to spice things up a little bit. Henceforth we shall be doing an actual workout everyday and add burpees within the workout itself to finish our prescribed number of burpees per day.

Let's make this more interesting.

10 Rounds

10 Squats (Wearing a backpack)

10 Elevated Glute Bridges / Single Leg Glute Bridges (R/L)

10 Burpees


Post WOD Accessory

For Quality

100 Hollow Rocks


Scaling:


Intermediates: 7 Rounds (Last Round will be 15 Burpees) + 75 Hollow Rocks

Beginners: 5 Rounds + 50 Hollow Rocks
